Position
HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Job Profile / Responsibilities
Maintain Employee records and compliance-related documentation.
Ensure Compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Maintain and update employee personal files, EPF/ETF documents.
Support onboarding & off boarding processes.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, licensing authorities, law enforcement, and government agencies as needed to manage compliance inquiries.
Support Accounts team in general activities as needed.
Candidate Criteria / Requirements
Bachelors or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a similar field.
A minimum 2 years' experience in the relevant field.
Proficiency in MS Office Package.
Handling of EPF/ETF Matters.
Be able to prepare compliance documents.
Having knowledge of labor legislation.
Positive Attitude and a Good Team Player.
Have a proven track record.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
