💼 Job Role (Responsibilities)
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for:

Monitoring product consistency in texture, color, and flavor, ensuring adherence to defined standards.
Tracking yields and minimizing wastage of dough, fillings, and finished products.
Ensuring hygienic food safety and allergen control measures as per HACCP / GMP standards.
Maintaining workstation cleanliness, proper equipment handling, and readiness for production.
Conducting daily checks for raw material availability and reporting shortages in advance.
Maintaining production logs for batch details, temperature checks, and cleaning schedules.
🎓 Candidate Requirements
Passion: Passionate about Sri Lanka (Contextually implying use of local ingredients/preference).
Qualification: Culinary Diploma, NVQ Certification, or equivalent professional training in Bakery & Pastry.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a pastry production environment – industrial bakery, hotel bakery, or central kitchen.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of pastry making, lamination, fillings, and oven operations.
Familiarity: Familiarity with large-scale or semi-automated pastry production is preferred.
Standards: Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/GMP/ISO).
Skills: Ability to supervise, plan workflow, and coordinate with other sections.
Location: Must be able to work from the bakery located in Colombo 02.
Schedule: Must be able to work on a rotational shift (including night and weekend shifts).
