| Role Summary | Will execute and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and assisting in the execution of structural and infrastructure projects. |
Key Job Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction sites/projects.
Provide technical guidance to workers, supervisors, and construction teams on best practices and procedures.
Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and improve site safety standards.
Manage and supervise labour teams involved in projects.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues during projects.
Provide regular updates to management and ensure all necessary documentation is maintained.
Required Qualifications & Skills

| Education | Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field OR HNDE/NDT/NCT/NCIT/NDES and NVQ Level 4 or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field for Technical Officer. |
| Experience | Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably experience in civil/building projects. |
| Core Skills | In-depth knowledge of structural construction regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. |
