| The Role | Deliver ESOL to a variety of learners at all levels (including IELTS, TOEFL, Business, and General English) for various age groups in diverse settings. Teaching full-time and part-time learners across a range of settings, including schools, colleges, and agencies. |
| Essential Qualifications | University degree or a Diploma in Education and Training (DET) OR specialized teaching qualification focused on English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL- Level 3 or equivalent) OR a CELTA/TESOL or a similar qualification. |
| Essential Experience | Proven experience in teaching ESOL in a range of settings: Commercial settings (e.g., workplace English classes), Educational settings (e.g., schools, colleges), Outreach settings (e.g., community groups, NGOs, charities, etc.). |
| Key Responsibilities (Summary) | Planning and delivery, Assessment and progress tracking, Curriculum and course development, Learner support, Classroom environment, Professional Practice, Communication, Compliance and accountability, Community and outreach, Preparation for Cambridge ESOL examinations, Conduct workshops. |
