Job Profile
The key responsibilities for the Retail Sales Associate include:
To reach out to prospective customers in the open market.
To sell retail products using solid propositions.
Ability to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Achieve given sales targets.
Applicant's Profile
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Age: Between 22 to 35 years.
Experience: 02 years of sales experience will be an added advantage.
Education: Passed G.C.E (O/L), Edexcel OR Cambridge O/L with a pass in English & Mathematics.
Language: Excellent command of Sinhala / Tamil languages, both written and spoken, with proficiency in English language.
Personality: Good outgoing personality with a passion for sales.
Contract and Remuneration
Successful candidates will be recruited on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) and will be provided with an attractive remuneration package, commensurate with benchmarked financial institutions.
