Role: Sous Chef
Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Sous Chef position must meet the following criteria:
Qualification: Possess a Recognized qualification in Culinary or a relevant certification.
Experience: Have Proven experience in a similar culinary role at a star class hotel.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
Leadership skills to oversee and supervise kitchen staff.
Ability to assist with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
