Role: Service Advisor | Supervisor
The company, which has over 30 years of trusted service, is looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional to join their team.
Responsibilities: "What you'll do"
Welcome customers and clearly understand their service needs.
Prepare accurate job estimates and open job cards.
Coordinate repair work with technicians and manage schedules.
Monitor progress and quality; ensure on-time delivery.
Keep customers updated and maintain service records.
Maintain workshop standards and smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements: "What you'll bring"
A Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in a similar Service Advisor/Supervisor role.
Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge.
Clear communication and confident leadership.
Ability to handle customer queries and manage a team effectively.
Basic computer literacy (job cards/invoicing) is an advantage.
Compensation & Contact Information
Salary Package: An Attractive salary package based on experience, ranging from LKR 65,000 to 130,000 (Basic + Allowances).
