Job Role: Quantity Surveyor
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing construction costs, documentation, and stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements and $\text{BOQ}$ (Bill of Quantities).
Inspecting maintenance and material costs to ensure the best deals.
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
Keeping track record of materials and stocks.
Documenting and updating on design changes and budget changes.
Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Regular site visit is required.
Qualifications
Candidates for this position should meet the following requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 2 – 5 years experience.
Skills:
Experience in MS Outlook and MS Office applications.
Project management and supervision skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
