QC EXECUTIVE
Roles and Responsibilities
Sample raw materials, packing materials, in-process and water samples in accordance with SOPs.
Prepare working standards and reagents as per laboratory requirements.
Ensure timely instrument calibration and proper maintenance.
Perform testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Conduct general analysis on water, packing materials, in-process samples, and other relevant samples.
Perform advanced analytical tests using HPLC, GC, and AAS.
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain analytical instruments following GLP standards.
Conduct testing for stability and validation samples.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of logbooks and analytical data sheets (online entry).
Maintain traceability and accuracy of all test results.
Ensure cleanliness, calibration, and compliance of lab equipment and workspaces.
Assist in writing SOPs related to analytical procedures and equipment.
Strictly follow GMP, GDP, and GLP practices.
Qualifications & Requirement
B.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a pharmaceutical analytical chemistry laboratory.
Proficiency in advanced analytical techniques.
Strong skills in documentation, troubleshooting, and communication.
High level of computer literacy, including window-based systems & MS Office Package.
