Territory Manager - Sales (North Western)

Job Key Functions
Drive achievement of monthly secondary sales targets across all brands.
Develop and execute outlet coverage and visitation plans to ensure availability and freshness of product.
Strengthen relationship with standalone stores, pharmacies, wholesalers, and key stake holders.
Manage distributor performance, investments, claims and stock replenishment to ensure smooth operations.
Implement commercial policies and ensure timely collections.
Recruit, train and supervise distributor sales representative to maximized productivity.
Provide regular sales performance reports, market insights and support IT systems for accurate reporting.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess
Graduate or part/full qualification in CIM/SLIM.
Minimum of 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in a similar function of a FMCG MNC or a reputed local company.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
