Job Description & Responsibilities
The role involves supporting the establishment and daily operation of a new sending organization near Colombo. The coordinator will help connect Sri Lankan individuals who wish to work in Japan with Japanese companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily operations.
Recruit and guide candidates who wish to work in Japan.
Communicate smoothly with Japanese companies and partners.
Supervise and support team members.
Handle necessary administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
Language Proficiency: Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or above.
Communication: Able to communicate smoothly in Japanese.
Education: A university degree from a Sri Lankan university.
Preferred: Management skills.
Experience: Experience in a related field is an advantage (newcomers are also welcome).

Sinhala (Native level)
