Key Responsibilities
Handle new travel inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs (dates, budget, style).
Schedule and coordinate follow-up calls for senior Travel Advisors.
Support with basic quotations, follow-up emails, and pipeline tracking.
Keep CRM records accurate and updated.
Ensure every client interaction is timely, professional, and engaging.
Candidate Profile ("Who We're Looking For")
Communication: Strong communication skills in English (verbal + written).
Outreach: Confident in using WhatsApp, email, and phone for outreach.
Organization: Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking.
Flexibility: Flexible to work US or India shifts depending on the assigned market.
Bonus Experience: Experience in:
Travel / hospitality industry
Call centres or telemarketing
Email marketing or client engagement
Any role requiring proactive customer communication
