The Fine Group of Companies is hiring a Loading Supervisor.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise loading/unloading operations.
Check goods against delivery notes.
Ensure proper stacking, securing, and safety compliance.
Lead and motivate the loading crew & suggest methods to streamline the loading & unloading process.
Identify trends & common causes for errors and suggest possible solutions.
✅ Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years’ experience in warehouse/logistics (hardware industry preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of load securing & safety practices.
G.C.E. (A/L) or above; a logistics qualification is a Must.
