Key Responsibilities
The Branch Coordinator will:
Coordinate the academic calendars, course schedules, and facilitator requirements at the branch level.
Liaise with programme coordinators on course administration, feedback consolidation, and related tasks.
Implement and maintain branch-specific administrative systems and procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
Manage student inquiries, payments, and communications, including sending reminders and addressing payment issues.
Support student feedback surveys and other data collection activities.
Handle branch correspondence, complaints, and queries.
Provide support to the Lyceum Academy and assist with other assigned duties.
Qualifications and Experience
HND/Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in programme coordination or in the field of education.
Ideal Candidate Should Have

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle student-related matters with professionalism and empathy.
Knowledge of academic procedures and systems.
Strong problem-solving skills.
