Role Overview
The company is seeking an individual who is passionate about helping families and creating a positive experience for students. The successful candidate will join the Lyceum Placements team as a Customer Experience Executive and play a key role in supporting school enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for parents and students.
Guide families through the school enrollment process.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Keep records updated using CRM tools.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role (experience in education is an advantage).
Good communication and people skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
