Sales Manager (Food Service / HORECA)
Role Overview
This position seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive business growth. The role focuses on managing key client relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring smooth execution from order to delivery. It requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in B2B or food service sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales budgets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the foodservice sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Customer screening, collection follow-up, and minimizing overdue rates.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Partner with the Purchasing Department to manage inventory, weekly, and monthly demands.
Be solutions-minded with an ability to analyze and critically evaluate situations.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Age: Below 40 years.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the Foodservice and Horeca industry.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Travel: Ability to travel as required.
