Key Responsibilities
The Production Executive will be expected to take charge of day-to-day factory operations. The core responsibilities include:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Ensure all production processes are carried out in compliance with safety & quality standards.
Manage raw material usage and reduce waste.
Train, guide, support, and motivate production staff to achieve production targets & quality goals.
Monitor production performance metrics, including production volumes, efficiency, yield, and quality metrics.
Collaborate with quality and inventory teams to maintain smooth operations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
Degree in Food Science, Food Production Technology, Agriculture, or a related field from a recognized university/institute.
Minimum 1 Year work experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards is an advantage.
Capable of working within set timelines.
