Role: Admin Clerk

Key Responsibilities
The Admin Clerk will handle a range of administrative and clerical duties, particularly related to the Hunumulla Factory:
Handling Petty Cash in the Hunumulla Factory.
Handling courier services.
Assisting to finalized payroll of Hunumulla workers.
Providing administrative and clerical support to the Factory Manager.
Handling Administrative work in the department.
Monitoring re-order level and purchasing of welfare items for the Hunumulla Factory.
Coordinating meetings, office logistics, and general clerical support as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should possess the following:
Experience: Minimum of one year experience in a similar capacity.
Skills:
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Ability to work in Microsoft Office.
Age: Between 20–30 years.
Education: School leavers with A/L (Advanced Level) are also encouraged to apply.
