What We’re Looking For
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) to engage effortlessly with our diverse clientele.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• A positive attitude and a natural flair for customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently when needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Your Role
• Provide outstanding service to all customers, ensuring their experience at The Kip Café is exceptional.
• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the café is welcoming at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to handle busy periods with professionalism.
