HOTEL RESERVATIONIST / NIGHT AUDITOR
FULL TIME - OFFICE BASED
REQUIREMENTS:
- ‘A’ Grade for at least 1 subject in A’ Level
- ‘A’ Grade for English & Maths in O’ Level
- Strong communication and administration skills
- Professional telephone manner & multitasking
- Ability to work with computerized systems
- Proficient with emails and other digital tools
- Qualifications related to the hospitality service industry are preferred
- Hotel reservations / guest service-related experience will be an added advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide extraordinary service to guests at all times
- Manage guest sales professionally via fax, telephone, and telex
- Answer phone calls within three rings and handle guest inquiries effectively
- Take reservations and ensure all details are accurate
- Upsell accommodations to increase the average room rate
- Maintain updated computer and manual filing daily
- Ensure special requests are actioned appropriately and in a timely manner
- Complete Night Audit procedures and share financial information with management
WORKING HOURS
5 DAYS A WEEK (ON SHIFT BASIS)
⏰ 01:30 PM - 10:30 PM
SALARY & BENEFITS
