Key Responsibilities
Planning & Coordination: Develop the annual audit plan and coordinate all audit-related activities in alignment with organizational goals.
Execution: Conduct audits of business operations, financials, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of audits in accordance with established procedure and policies.
Team Management: Supervise the audit team to ensure the delivery of high-quality work within the specified timelines.
Staff Development: Evaluate the performance of audit staff, providing constructive feedback and ensuring continuous professional development.
Risk Management: Contribute to risk assessment processes and assist in the formulation of strategies for risk mitigation.
Training: Organise and facilitate training sessions for the audit team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Review: Collaborate with team members to review audit findings and ensure comprehensive evaluation.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports outlining audit findings, along with actionable recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a reputed audit firm.
Qualification: Partially qualified in CASL, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Accounting and Auditing Standards.
Ethics: Demonstrated high level of integrity and commitment to professional ethics.
Leadership: Exceptional leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
Language: Proficiency in the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
