Key Responsibilities
Formulate & Implement the strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Identify & capitalize on new business opportunities & ensure sustainable market growth.
Monitor competitor activities, gather customer feedback, and analyze promotional effectiveness to refine sales strategies.
Conduct regular field visits, lead the team, and assess training needs to align with company objectives.
Build & Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, customers, and other key stakeholders.
Manage Distributor ROI for better profitability.
Key Requirements
Qualification: Qualified in SLIM, CIM or an equivalent.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Added Advantage: Prior experience in the furniture industry.
Skills: Excellent communication, Computer Literacy & Presentation skills.
Work Style: Ability to work independently.
Age: Below 40 years.
