JOB PROFILE
- Promote the hotel using social media platforms.
- Update the social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Carry out activities to boost the image of the hotel.
- Network with tour operating companies and sites and attract guests.
- Obtain customer feedback from the guests and take steps to improve customer satisfaction.
PEOPLE PROFILE
- Should have sound IT literacy, especially on e-commerce platforms and social media.
- Having previous experience in Digital Marketing and/or exposure to front office operations is advantageous.
- Good command of the English language is a definite plus.
- Should be a team player, coupled with a young and friendly outgoing personality.
