Call Center Executive
Recovery Department
Qualification:
- Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L Examination.
- Should possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing/call center/customer service-related duties and responsibilities at a reputed financial institution/commercial bank. Prior experience in leading a team will be a definite advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English – written and verbal (proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage).
- Should possess excellent computer literacy with knowledge in CRM and Call Center systems and be tech-savvy.
