Job Title: Area Sales Managers
Locations: Colombo and Negombo, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Budget: Setting, monitoring, and achieving the sales budget.
- Team Development: Continuous training and development of the sales team.
- Leadership: Leading the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring product-wise targets and desired gross profits (GPs).
- KPIs: Proposing, implementing, and devising plans to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
- Debtor Management: Proposing and introducing strategies to manage debtors effectively.
- Reporting: Compiling and presenting management reports to the board of directors.
Profile (Qualifications and Experience):
- Age & Communication: A "go-getter" personality, less than 35 years old, with a good command of English.
- Education: Degree in Sales & Marketing, Management, or CIM/SLIM qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Foodservice/FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. A great team player.
- Technical Skills: Computer literacy.
- Driving: Possess a valid driving license.
