Position: Quality Executive

Location: Mathugama and Koggala, Sri Lanka (factories)

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring products meet customer quality standards.
• Conducting internal audits and recommending improvements.
• Performing inline, pre-final, and final audits, and maintaining documentation.
• Supervising incoming material inspections and reporting non-conformances.
• Participating in audits related to social, ethical, technical, and sustainability requirements.
• Ensuring the manufacturing plant is ready for customer visits and third-party audits.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the apparel/clothing industry in a similar role.
• A-Level + Degree or Diploma in apparel manufacturing technology is preferred.
