Senior Executive Freight Forwarding & Logistics (Based in Sri Lanka)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to join our Freight Forwarding and Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing back-office functions related to Maldives operations, ensuring smooth operations in pricing, manifest submissions, and other essential logistics tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling back-office functions related to Maldives operations.
- Managing pricing with overseas agents.
- Submitting manifests.
- Handle back-office functions related to Maldives freight forwarding operations.
- Manage pricing and negotiations with overseas agents.
- Submit manifests and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure the timely and efficient processing of all logistics and freight forwarding tasks.
- Support other operational activities as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of logistics operations and international freight forwarding practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Skills & Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive approach to handling challenges in freight forwarding and logistics.
