Little Lion Associates (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Maliban Group of Companies, is one of the leading FSSC 22000 certified organizations, specialized in manufacturing and marketing of cookies, baby rusks, wafers, swiss rolls, cake, and bakery products.
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented individual to fill the following position with immediate effect.
Position Available:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – TOP SHELF OUTLETS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Researching and identifying potential business opportunities to develop Top Shelf and franchise outlets sales.
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Developing strategic plans and business development initiatives to drive sustainable growth and achieve Top Shelf outlets sales targets.
- Preparing new business proposals and presenting them to the management.
- Managing budget allocated for business development activities effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources to maximize ROI.
- Setting Key Performance Indicators for the Top Shelf staff and evaluating the effectiveness of business development strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
- Continuously improving skills and knowledge of the Top Shelf staff through training, workshops, and self-learning to enhance effectiveness in the role and adapt to changing market dynamics.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Degree or professional qualification in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institute.
- Minimum of 04 – 06 years’ work experience in hotel and QSR Sector.
- Age between 30 – 45 years.
- Sound command of English and Sinhala.
- Track record of leading a team that consistently meets/exceeds goals.
- A robust personality and leadership qualities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Computer Literacy.
- Valid Driving license.
