SECRETARY
Requirements
- Should have a professional qualification in Secretarial from a recognized institution
- Minimum 02-05 years' experience in a similar position is expected
- Possess' excellent oral & written communication skills in English
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- Should be proficient in the use of MS. Office applications
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time to meet deadlines
- Must be detail oriented, ensure accuracy of information and demonstrate sound work ethics
- Should be proactive and assertive personality prepared and work under pressure
- Age between 35 - 50 years
- Must be able to work long and extended hours
Executive - Import
Requirements
- Degree in International trade, Logistics & Supply chain management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing or engineering industry
- NDT in Mechanical or Electrical would be an added advantage
- Good knowledge in Import/Export procedure and related documentation would be considered
- Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently, perform under pressure & time management
- Desire and commitment to meet deadlines
- Must be able to work long and extended hours
- Age below 35 years
