Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for fashion and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.

Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Create schedules and ensure adequate staffing during store hours.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Customer Service:
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide fashion advice and styling tips.

Sales & Marketing:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, creating strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and events.
- Stay updated on fashion trends to align product offerings with customer preferences.

Financial Management:
- Monitor budgets, sales figures, and expenses.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring accurate records and safe cash handling procedures.
Role Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or women’s clothing.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Business Management, Retail, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills: * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems. * Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies.
Personality: * Passionate about fashion and trends. * Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. * Problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
Working Hours:
6 Days a Week, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
