✅ Key Responsibilities and Duties
Supervise and monitor ongoing construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
Prepare progress reports, measurements, and project documentation.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal departments.
Ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
Support project planning, material estimation, and site inspections (Prepare BOQs).
Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
🎓 Qualifications and Experience
Education: Diploma / Higher National Diploma (HND) / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in civil construction, factory, or infrastructure projects.
Skills:
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and surveying tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple site tasks.
Strong project management and team leadership skills.
