👤 Candidate's Profile (Requirements)
Possess HR Degree or equal qualification from a recognized university/institute.
Sound knowledge of MS Office package.
Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a Financial Institution.
Sound knowledge about statutory payments and other regulatory requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems independently.
Strong analytical expertise.
Self-motivated individual and willing to take on challenges.
📝 Key Responsibilities
Preparing salary advices of all employees.
Preparation of allowance schedules on a monthly basis.
Process benefit module through HRIS system monthly.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Maintain and update payroll records including overtime, allowances, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all payroll information.
Assist in payroll audits and reporting as required by management.
