📍 Role and Responsibilities
Primary duty: Overseeing construction projects and/or maintenance activities assigned to the individual.
Responsibilities: Visiting various locations, effectively managing employees and craftsmen.
Note: The person selected must be willing to visit outstations when necessary.
✅ Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)
Education: Diploma or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical or Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years working experience.
Skills:
Knowledge in Preparation of Quotations / Estimates (an added advantage).
Self-motivated individual with Analytical Skills.
The Passion of learning new things and Exploring Solutions.
Computer literacy.
