Responsibilities
Creating and publishing content on social media platforms.
Responding and communicating with customers via social media platforms.
Managing and monitoring performance of social media content and generating reports.
Managing other I.T. support tasks, including Auditing Call Center Performance, C.R.M. (Customer Relationship Management), and Report generation.
Requirements
Age: 21–27
Education: Should pass G.C.E A/L (Advanced Level)
Skills: Adobe Photoshop Skills.
Experience: Previous working experience in office environment in any job role.
Bonus: Understanding of Sinhala & Tamil Language is an added advantage.
