💼 The Job (Key Responsibilities)
The role is responsible for ensuring the Company's compliance with key regulatory requirements, particularly the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Duties: Implement and govern the Data Protection Policy, guide Data Protection Impact Assessments, and monitor compliance across departments.
Additional Role: Raising staff awareness through training, preparing compliance and data protection reports for management, and assisting in meeting other general regulatory obligations.
👤 Ideal Candidate Requirements
Age: Below 30 years of age.
Education: A degree from a recognised university specialising in Business Management or a degree with a professional qualification in Risk Management or Information Security.
Experience & Skills:
Knowledge of relevant data privacy laws and regulations (PDPA).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance or data protection role, preferably in a banking, finance or insurance industry.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent command of the English language.
High proficiency in MS Office.
