Role Summary
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to join the dynamic finance department and contribute to the company's financial efficiency, compliance, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Monitor and analyze fleet-related costs, operational expenses, and revenue streams to ensure accurate cost allocation and profitability.
Prepare management reports and key financial analyses to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal financial controls, systems, and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Professional Qualification: Full or Part professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in finance in a similar capacity.
Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and cost control.
Systems: Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g. Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
