Key Responsibilities
Supervise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Ensure proper functioning of electrical, air-conditioning, and generator systems.
Plan and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance tools.
Troubleshoot and repair A/C units, electrical panels, motors, and generators.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports.
Lead and support the maintenance team in daily operational activities.
Eligibility / Requirements
Qualification: Diploma or certificate (minimum 2 years) in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years' experience in facility or building maintenance (experience in hotel, banking, finance, workshop, or apartment environments will be an advantage).
Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of electrical, A/C, and generator systems.
Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; good communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
Work Style: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
