Job Description (Sales Executive / Sales Manager)
The role involves driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across the globe. Key responsibilities include:
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
1 Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements.
2 Obtaining client information through excellent communication skills via telephone and email.
3 Keeping accurate records of relevant information in a comprehensive way u
4 sing their case management system.Strong understanding of the importance of data protection and adherence to process when handling Personally Identifiable Information.
Qualification and Skills
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience.
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
Additional language proficiency is an advantage: Urdu / Hindi / Swahili / Japanese.
Minimum 2-year commitment.
Flexible working hours – Must be willing to work according to an international calendar.
Work from the office (Colombo 5).
