Key Accountabilities
The responsibilities for this role include:
Achievement of Production Targets.
Implementation of production processes and procedures including GMP and GHP.
Team Engagement and Management.
Reduction of product waste and increase in machine efficiency.
Improvement of quality and safety.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
The required and preferred qualifications are:
B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical/Chemical/Material or Production from a recognized university.
03 - 05 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Good Presentation & Communication Skills.
Individuals living within 10 kms radius from Ekala, Ja Ela will have an added advantage.
