Position: Pattern Maker
Location: Malabe
Key Responsibilities (Abridged):
Develop accurate patterns for Shirts as per buyer tech packs.
Create FIT, size sets, and production patterns.
Analyze fit comments and adjust patterns.
Work closely with Sample Room, Technical, and Production teams.
Ensure pattern correctness, measurement accuracy, and quality standards.
Support the Sample Development process.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Pattern Maker in the Garment Industry.
Experience in Men's Shirts Pattern Making is a must.
Experience in Lectra Pattern Making System is mandatory.
Strong knowledge in pattern development, grading, and marker planning.
Able to read buyer tech packs/specs and interpret measurements correctly.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
