Requirements
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate
Experience
0 to 2 years of experience, preferably in the Travel & Tourism or Service Industry.
Notice Period
Immediate to 15 days
Knowledge & Key Skills
Basic knowledge of computer operations.
Proficiency in MS Office with good typing speed.
Strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and presence of mind.
Proficiency in the local language.
Ability to innovate and improve procedures to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Perform document and data scrutiny of applicants' demographics for visa processing.
Process biometrics of applicants accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer/applicant queries in person and provide timely resolutions.
Manage cash and bank-related transactions, ensuring 100% accuracy in all financial dealings.
Record and maintain all application data with complete accuracy and ensure timely data entry into the system.
Maintain strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals without deviation.
Inform applicants about available Value Added Services (VAS) and ensure proper delivery of these services.
Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services and their overall experience at the Application Centre.
Ensure that all processes are completed within the mandated Turnaround Time (TAT).
Assist the Deputy Manager / Operations Manager in project execution and process improvements.
Promote judicious use of natural resources and adherence to the organization's Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies.
