Position: Operations Manager

✅ Key Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee and manage end-to-end plantation operations (cultivation, harvesting, processing, and quality assurance).
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
Ensure adherence to environmental, Health & Safety standards.
Lead, train, and motivate field managers and operational staff to achieve organizational goals.
Monitor budgets, cost control measures, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational activities with the company's strategic direction.
Conduct periodic reviews, audits, and performance evaluations of plantation activities.
🎓 Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, Agri Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 10–12 years of proven experience in plantation operations, with at least 5 years in a Senior Manager role.
Skills:
Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
Excellent knowledge of modern plantation practices, sustainability initiatives, and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple plantation sites.
Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in budget preparation and cost control.
