What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Assist in preparing Proforma Invoices, Job Orders, and Quotations.
Manage customer inquiries and ensure excellent service.
Support existing marketing campaigns and digital promotions.
Create and update brochures, newsletters, social media platforms, and website content.
Coordinate with production teams, vendors, and freight partners.
Prepare shipment documents and ensure smooth export operations.
What They're Looking For (Requirements):
Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, exports, or administration (fresh graduates welcome!).
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
