Manager – Integrated Business Planning & Execution (IBP&E)
🎯 Key Responsibilities (Abridged)
Lead IBP and S&OP processes, aligning Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
Consolidate forecasts, marketing plans, and production capacity into one integrated plan.
Balance demand, supply, capacity, and inventory.
Convert strategic plans into Master Production Schedules (MPS) and clear operational targets.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics for plan delivery.
Monitor performance, material flow, and service levels.
Track key KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service level, etc.).
Drive continuous improvement across the planning and execution cycle.
🎓 What You'll Bring (Requirements)
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-10 years' experience in planning, forecasting, or integrated business planning – ideally within paints, coatings, or chemical manufacturing.
Solid working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive leader who bridges strategy and execution seamlessly.
