📝 Your Role Will Involve
Identify and evaluate tender opportunities to drive business growth.
Oversee preparation and submission of technical and commercial bids.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders for pricing and documentation.
Manage post-submission activities, including clarifications, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Lead and mentor the tender team, ensuring deadlines and performance targets are met.
🎓 Required Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Science, Business Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
6–8 years' experience handling government and private sector tenders in Healthcare & Personal Care.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and tender tracking systems.
