📝 Job Summary
The role is responsible for leading and managing the kitchen operations to consistently deliver high-quality, creative, and profitable dishes. This includes menu development, food preparation oversight, staff training, cost control, and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve excellence in food quality and presentation.
Design innovative, seasonal menus balancing creativity, customer preferences, and profitability.
Oversee all aspects of meal preparation, inventory, and cost management.
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with management and suppliers for menu planning, events, and ingredient sourcing.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
