Use chat and phone quality service to both local and overseas customers.
Handle order booking and shipment tracking to provide one-stop solution.

Work with team members to achieve overall CS Performance standard

🧑💻 Personal Profile (Requirements)
Passed the G.C.E Advanced Level.
Customer service experience is an advantage, school leavers will also be considered.
Good communication and telephone skills.
Able to work on shifts.
Good command of spoken and written English.
