Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound & outbound client calls with professionalism.
Provide accurate details on treatments, services, and promotions.
Handle bookings, scheduling, and client follow-ups.
Ensure a premium client service experience.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in customer service/contact center (experience in healthcare is an added advantage).
Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil an advantage).
Excellent interpersonal, organizational & problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury service environment.
A/L qualification with Bio Science will be an added advantage.
