📋 Job Opening: Assistant Manager - System Implementation
Vision Care Optical Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - System Implementation to oversee and support the rollout of business systems across the organization. The selected candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing system implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end system implementation projects, from requirement gathering to post-implementation review.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Work closely with software vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and integration.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure proper documentation of processes.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure implementation success.
Identify risks and propose mitigation plans during project execution.
Continuously evaluate implemented systems to enhance efficiency and performance.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in system implementation, project coordination, or IT/business process management.
Strong understanding of ERP, HRIS, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across teams.
Experience in change management and user training will be an added advantage.
