Position: Construction Supervisor (Apartments | Structural to Finishing)
Role: Lead the site team, ensure work is planned, and maintain quality across all stages of the build, ensuring the site runs smoothly and on schedule.
Salary/Benefits:
Salary: LKR 60,000 – 90,000 (Based on experience, with performance-based increments).

Key Responsibilities (Abridged):
Oversee site operations, ensuring progress adheres to schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor.
Monitor material usage, manage inventory, and prevent wastage.
Resolve site-related challenges, including labor issues and technical discrepancies.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building standards.
Interpret technical/MEP drawings and prepare method statements.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a residential condominium construction environment in Sri Lanka.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage site teams.
Practical and technical knowledge from structural work to finishing stages.
Ability to work under pressure and resolve construction-related issues.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, method statements, and material requirements.
